This career path, valuing the quality of exchanges and clients, in order to offer them the best, led me to create Good Coaching in order to give the “Being” auxiliary its rightful place within organisations.
My career as a CEO, COO and HRD in global companies has led me to the following conclusion: everything is related. Passionate about the lives of individuals and teams, I accompany them in the discovery of new strategies that allow them to overcome their difficulties and express their full potential. My bi-nationality and my open-mindedness lead me to accompany profiles from all backgrounds and cultures.
My 25 years of management experience at the heart of complex organisations, including the last 6 as a senior executive, have shown me that the well-being of employees and business performance are closely linked.
I’ve always been passionate about people and cooperation, and the coaching I offer is designed to help people move from awareness to action.
Having been immersed in high tech for 20 years, my interest in making relationships more fluid led me to coaching. As a professional coach, coach trainer and supervisor, I accompany managers to help them reconnect and dare to find new ways of “BEING”. In order to change my point of view and think differently, most of my sessions take place outdoors, while walking.
As a former communicator, director of a university and trainer of coaches, I have had great pleasure in coaching people and teams for 11 years in order to facilitate their evolution. To achieve this, I rely particularly on the sense of change for each individual and for the organisation, the responsibility in putting things into action and the renewed energy.
As a weaver of links and trust, I build openings and bridges so that worlds that don’t talk much to each other can imagine and realise encounters where all talents can express themselves and reveal their full potential. This is also my role as President of Première Urgence Internationale and previously as an executive at Microsoft.
